Revelstoke Woodworking was started in 1998 by Joe Osterling. He began his career in woodworking as a carpenter and then in a cabinet shop and finally as the owner of Revelstoke.
Trained in zoology and working with grizzlies in southwestern Montana, Joe has always had an appreciation for the natural line. Whether a mountain range, an old growth hardwood slab or a grizzly bear, the beauty that can only be created by nature over time has always been integral in his life and work.
Revelstoke offers a unique opportunity for clients to have a one of a kind piece of furniture made in a way we think is ecologically responsible. Each piece we make is hand-made for our clients. It does not matter if it is forty custom doors or a single dining room table, we make each piece unique with our clients in mind. |
